Furry Friend

"Kichi" means 'small' in Hungarian.  This little guy's 'parents' wanted a portrait for their Dental office because Kichi is the official greeter for all the patients.  Since his favorite food is chicken, we used those treats to capture these images during the session.  You can see how sweet he is posing for our camera in a holiday themed bow-tie! 

What a BEAUTY!!

Melissa came in for her Complimentary Birthday Session and Print last month!  We have been photographing her since she was a baby and she has grown into a beautiful and poised young lady--and those eyes have always captured our attention!



PRECIOUS!

This little "pretty in pink" package came to our studio when she was 12 days old!  She slept like a little angel and we were able to capture an array of images that will forever be a reminder of the precious individuality of a new life. 

UPDATE~additional assistance for Navajo trip!

Just a reminder: 

For those of you who have contributed items or checks towards my visit to the Navajo Reservation, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.  I know everything will be greatly appreciated and I will report back to all of you when I return.

 I do need all donations in by Sunday, January 29th, as I need to pack everything up and have it weighed.  I am in the process of speaking with companies about shipping it all for a substantially reduced rate.  If anyone has any ideas or connections, please let me know, I would be very grateful for the assistance.

 Also, if you would like to volunteer to assist in packing everything collected (and I could use some more big boxes), you can give me a call or e-mail me (201.692.1892, lyn@lynofrane.com).  We will be doing it on Tuesday, January 31st.

Family Traditions

This is Levi as a newborn, as a 1 year old and now as a 5 years old!  I remember so clearly when his mama brought him in to our studio a handful of years ago.  She has an heirloom album of the first twelve months of his life (we call them yearbooks!) and now she has trusted us to photograph him in this special outfit that his three brothers before him have worn as they entered their fifth year.  We love our families and their traditions!

Newborn Bliss

The deep sleep of a 12 day old newborn is breathtaking in what reveries it evokes in our consciousness.  Innocence, trust and the dawning of a new life and all its possibilities!
